Cancellation Policy
Please note: Your deposit amount goes towards your booked service(s). It is non refundable or transferable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
In the case of a same day cancellation, complete change of service(s), or no show, you will be charged the remaining balance of your scheduled service(s).
Arriving 15+ minutes late to your appointment may result in altering your scheduled service or needing to reschedule completely. In either case, you will be charged for the previously scheduled service(s).
